flow framework Introduction: This exhibition shows the percentage of accumulated present value under different circumstances. E.g. in the upper part of the figure below it shows that the first 5 years of present value represent 38% of total corporate value given that the firms cost of capital is 10% and that there are no growth in corporate cash flows.
